Ruslana Petriwna Zychozka ( Ukrainian Руслана Петрівна Цихоцька , English transcription Ruslana Tsykhotska ; born March 23, 1986 in Magdagatschi , Soviet Union ) is a Ukrainian triple jumper .

Athletic career

Ruslana Zychozka gained her first international experience at the 2011 World Championships in Daegu , where she was eliminated from the qualification with 13.28 m. Then she won the bronze medal in the long and triple jump at the World Military Games in Rio de Janeiro with 6.23 m and 14.05 m. In 2012 she was eliminated from the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul with 13.21 m in qualification, as well as at the European Championships in Helsinki with 13.87 m. Even with the world championships in Moscow in the following year and the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro she parted with 13.51 m and 13.63 m in the qualification of. In 2017 she took part in the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade and did not reach the final there with 13.31 m.

In 2011, 2014 and 2016 Zychozka was Ukrainian champion in the triple jump outdoors and from 2011 to 2013 also indoors.
