Ryō Matsumura ( Japanese 松 村 亮 ; born June 15, 1994 in Uji , Kyoto Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Ryo Matsumura learned to play football in Kobe in the youth team of the first division club Vissel Kobe . It was here that he signed his first contract in 2012. In 2014 he played twice in the J.League U-22 Selection . This team, which played in the third division, the J3 League , was made up of the best young players from the higher-class clubs. The team was founded with a view to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro . The players were selected on a weekly basis from a pool for which each club was able to name talented individuals worth promoting; the composition of the team therefore varied greatly from game to game. In 2015, the second division team Tochigi SC from Utsunomiya loaned him for one season. Tokushima Vortis , a second division club from Tokushima , loaned out in 2017. After the end of his contract in Kobe, he signed a contract with third division club AC Nagano Parceiro in Nagano in 2018 . After a year he went to Thailand and joined the second division club Rayong FC from Rayong in 2019 . With Rayong he was third in the table at the end of 2019 and thus rose to the first division, the Thai League . After the promotion he left Rayong and moved to Chiangmai , where he signed a contract with first division relegated Chiangmai FC .
