Ryan Patrick Logan (born May 22, 1994 in Fredericktown, Ohio ) is an American basketball player .

career

Logan was a member of the basketball team at Fredericktown High School, Ohio , until 2013 . He moved to Stonehill College in Massachusetts , began studying communication science and played for Stonehill's college team in the second division of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) from 2013 to 2017 . The winger played 115 games for the team and was in the starting line-up in all games. Logan averaged 15.3 points per encounter, his best average of the season he achieved in 2016/17 with 17.8. Following the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons, he was appointed to the selection of the five best players in the Northeast 10 Conference . Receiving this award for two consecutive years was last achieved at Stonehill College by the later professional basketball player AJ Rudowitz (including SC Rasta Vechta ).

Like Rudowitz, Logan switched to the professional camp. In August 2017 he was signed by the Luxembourg first division club BBC US Heffingen . He scored an average of 22.6 points per use for Heffingen in 29 league games and also achieved 9.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.7 ball wins per game. In the 2018/19 season Logan achieved 14.7 points, 6.7 rebound and 3.6 assists per game in Germany's third highest division ( 2nd Bundesliga ProB ) at SC Rist from Wedel near Hamburg . He also took part in the training sessions of Wedel's cooperation partner Hamburg Towers .

In July 2019, second division Uni Baskets Paderborn announced the commitment of the American. At the beginning of March 2020, Logan was the decisive man for the victory with a 92:91 over leaders Chemnitz Paderborn, which ended a winning streak of the Saxons that had previously lasted 22 games. In the 2019/20 season, which was canceled in mid-March 2020 due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, he scored a total of 12.9 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.8 basket assists per match.

After two years in Germany, Logan accepted an offer from Spanish second division club Bàsquet Girona in the summer of 2020 .
