Ryan Ruddle (born June 29, 1987 ) is a New Zealand ice hockey player who has played for the West Auckland Admirals in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League since 2017 .

Career

Ryan Ruddle began his career with the Canterbury Red Devils . With the team from Christchurch he won the New Zealand championship title in the 2009 season. He was also voted Rookie of the Year of the New Zealand Ice Hockey League that same year . In 2016 he played for the Mustangs IHC from Melbourne in the Australian Ice Hockey League . He then returned to New Zealand, where he has played for the West Auckland Admirals since 2017 .

International

The striker, who never played internationally in the junior division, made his debut in the New Zealand national team at the 2016 World Cup in Division II. In 2017 , he also played in Division II.
