The SEG Apartment Tower (also: SEG residential tower or SEG residential tower ) is a high-rise building in the 22nd district of Vienna, Donaustadt, and was designed by the Viennese architects Coop Himmelb (l) au . The building is 82 meters high (structure), with a viewing deck at a height of 60 meters. Including the antenna, the tower reaches a height of 90 meters.

location

The high-rise is located on Wagramer Strasse, surrounded by the Old Danube and other high-rise buildings. The next station on underground line 1 is the Alte Donau underground station .

Furnishing

The facade was built as a double facade , which ensures constant internal temperature and air quality. During the development of the building, care was taken to meet all the requirements of a passive house . The 70 apartments have a size of 55 m² to 130 m², in the building there are still medical practices and restaurants.

One of the special features is the sky lobby located on the ninth floor . The 350 m² lobby includes a common room.

In 1999, the tower was awarded the Austrian Builders Prize by the Central Association of Architects in Austria .
