SG Hamburg-Nord

The SG Hamburg-Nord is a syndicate of the Handball departments of the three parent clubs SC Poppenbüttel , TSV Sasel and TSV Duwo 08 , which was established on 1 May of 2005. The syndicate has over 600 youth players, making it Hamburg's largest handball club. With over 800 members, the SG is also the largest handball community in Germany, it plays in the Hamburg handball association .

The 1st men currently play in the Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga . In the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons , SG Hamburg-Nord took part in the DHB Cup .
