The chess club Norderstedt von 1975 eV is a chess club that was founded in 1975 in the Schleswig-Holstein city of Norderstedt . In the 2012/13 , 2015/16 and 2017/18 seasons , SK Norderstedt played in the 1st Bundesliga , but rose directly from bottom of the table.
SK Norderstedt became champions in the 2nd Bundesliga North in the 2011/12 season and was promoted to the Bundesliga. Norderstedt played in the Bundesliga in the 2012/13 season and was a travel partner of Hamburger SK .
