SM UC 46 was a German submarine of the Imperial Navy of the type UC II , which was sunk on February 8, 1917 in the North Sea off Dover by ramming from the British warship HMS Liberty . The entire crew under the commandant Oberleutnant zur See Friedrich Möcke perished. The wreck lies southeast of the Goodwin Sands .
