Saša Prokofjev
Saša Prokofjev (actually Aleksandra Prokofjev ; born November 28, 1971 in Ljubljana ) is a former Slovenian sprinter .
In 1997 and 2003 she was Slovenian champion over 100 m , in 2000 over 200 m . Between 2000 and 2002 she won the national title in the 60 m three times in a row indoors .
At the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney she was part of the Slovenian team in the 4 x 400 meter relay , which was eliminated in the preliminary run.
In 2002 she was sixth over 60 m at the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Vienna .
On August 13, 2003, she was tested positive for stanozolol during a doping control and was suspended for two years for this violation of the doping regulations .
