Sabina Simmonds (born April 17, 1960 in London , United Kingdom ) is a former Italian tennis player .
Career
The double semi-final at the 1978 Australian Open was her greatest Grand Slam success. This she lost at the side of Christine Matison with 2: 6, 6: 3, and 2: 6 against Naoko Satō / Pam Whytcross .
From 1978 and 1984 she played for the Italian Fed Cup team . She won 13 of her 27 games.
