Saint-Bauld is a former French commune in the department of Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire with last 194 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017). It belonged to the Arrondissement of Loches and the Canton of Loches .

On January 1, 2018, Saint-Bauld and Tauxigny were merged to form the commune nouvelle Tauxigny-Saint-Bauld . Only Saint-Bauld is a commune déléguée within the new municipality. The administrative center is located in Tauxigny.

Saint-Bauld is located about 26 kilometers south-southeast of Tours on the Échandon , a tributary of the Indre .
