Saltum is a small town in Vendsyssel with 673 inhabitants (2015) and belongs to the parish of Saltum Sogn. The town is 6 km east of Vesterhavet and Saltum Strand and 6 km north of Pandrup . Saltum is about 33 km away from Aalborg . The city is located in the Nordjylland region and belongs to the Jammerbugt municipality .
Saltum is a distinct tourist city that is visited by many tourists every summer. The amusement park Fårup Sommerland is 4 km away . In addition, the seaside resort of Blokhus is 9 km southwest of Saltum.
