Salvador Campos Icardo

Salvador Campos Icardo (born July 21, 1944 in Mexico City ) is a former Mexican ambassador .

Life

Salvador Campos Icardo studied law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México . He joined the foreign service on May 10, 1970. He was accredited as Vice Consul at the embassies in Brussels, Bucharest, Washington, DC , Paris as well as a member of the permanent delegation to the United Nations in Geneva. From 1990 to 1995 he was ambassador to Senegal . Currently as Ambassador with residence in Ankara , he was also accredited to the governments in Baku , Nur-Sultan (Astana until 2019) , Ashgabat and Tbilisi .
