Samantha Harris (* 27. November 1973 in Hopkins , Minnesota than Samantha Harris Shapiro ) is an American actress , television presenter and journalist .
Life and accomplishments
Samantha Harris' father was a promoter for the music industry and her mother was a dancer. Harris graduated in 1996 with distinction the Medill School of Journalism of Northwestern University . She got her first film role in the comedy Mighty Ducks 3 - Now They're Shaking Up High School, from 1996.
Harris played Miss Minnesota in Sally Field's 2000 comedy Beautiful . In 2002 she hosted the television show Player $ , in which Jennifer Garner , Robin Williams and Elijah Wood appeared. Since 2005 she has hosted the television program E! News from the station E! Entertainment Television , she also conducted Extra interviews for the news program . Since 2006 she has hosted the television program Dancing with the Stars , for which she was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2006 together with the other participants . She also worked as a photo model .
Harris is married and lives in Los Angeles .
