action

Mitch Buchannon is the leader of a lifeguard team. He's got his hands full, especially when new signing Matt Brody, once an Olympic swimmer, joins the team.

Mitch needs to add Matt to his team for PR reasons. He immediately casts an eye on the lifeguard, Summer. Summer is sure she can steer Matt onto the path she has in mind. Lifeguard Ronnie, on the other hand, who is usually a bit clumsy with women, tries his luck with the sex bomb CJ, of all places

But all of these problems become secondary when Mitch and Matt uncover a criminal plot surrounding Victoria Leeds. This tries to take over the land on the coast through drug trafficking.
