Sandra Bingenheimer (born June 3, 1987 ) is a German foil fencer . She is multiple German champion .

Life

Sandra Bingenheimer began fencing training at TSV Mannheim in 1995 and is now a member of FC Tauberbischofsheim . She is a sports soldier (rank sergeant ) in the sports promotion group of the Bundeswehr in Mainz.

successes

Sandra Bingenheimer won the German Junior Championship in Schwerin in 2004 and achieved bronze at the European Junior Championships in Poreč with the foil team. In the following year she won again the German Junior Championship 2005 in Mosbach , at the Junior European Championships in Espinho she won silver with the team and at the Junior World Championships in Linz bronze also with the team. In 2006 she won the German championship in team fencing and also silver in the individual, at the Junior World Championships in Taebaek she achieved bronze with the team. The 2007 Junior World Championships in Belek she won in singles. In 2009 she won bronze in singles at the European Championships in Debrecen . In 2010 she won silver with the team at the European Championships in Leipzig and bronze in the individual at the German Championships . Sandra Bingenheimer won the German Fencing Championships in 2011 with the team, in 2012 and 2013 she won again with the team and took bronze in each individual. In 2014 she won both the individual and the team competition, as well as in 2015 .
