Sandra Hess (actress)

Sandra Hess (born March 27, 1968 in Zurich ) is a Swiss actress based in the United States . She also works as a model.

Life

The 1.68 m tall Hess grew up in her home country, modeled and worked in commercials at a young age. After graduating from school, Hess first studied law before turning to acting. To this end, she moved to Los Angeles in the United States and began training as an actor.

She played her first major role in 1992 as a Stone Age girl in the comedy Stone Age Junior with Brendan Fraser . Since then, Sandra Hess was and is mainly represented in individual episodes of US television series. So she worked u. a. in seaQuest DSV , Superman - The Adventures of Lois & Clark , High Tide , Sliders and Highlander with. In the series Pensacola - wings made of steel she had a recurring role as Alexandra "Ice" Jensen .

In 1996 she made Beastmaster - The Eye of Braxus , a year later she took on a leading role in Mortal Kombat 2 - Annihilation .

Hess speaks English, French, German, Swiss German and broken Italian. From issue 20/2002 up to and including 48/2003 she had a Hollywood column in Schweizer Illustrierte .

Sandra Hess has been married to her actor colleague Michael Trucco for several years . She met him while filming Pensacola , he played the role of Tucker "Spoon" Henry III at her side .
