The title of Cardinal Priest of Sant'Andrea della Valle ( Latin Titulus Sancti Andreae Apostoli de Valle ) was given by Pope John XXIII. In 1960 with the Apostolic Constitution Quandoquidem in more at today's basilica (since 1965) Sant'Andrea della Valle re-created.
