Santa Eulalia ( Asturian Santolaya ) is a Parroquia and a place in the autonomous region of Asturias in northern Spain . The 336 inhabitants (2011) live in 8 villages on an area of 5.85 km 2 in the northeast of the municipality of Cabranes ; Santa Eulalia is also the administrative seat (capital) of the municipality, the judicial district is Piloña .

Specialties
The regional cuisine in the Parroquia as in the entire community is characterized by hearty stews such as the famous fabada and hearty stews.
