Gramedo ( Asturian Graméu ) is a parroquia and a place in the autonomous community of Asturias in northern Spain . The 40 inhabitants (2011) live in two villages on an area of 1.61 km 2 in the east of the municipality of Cabranes ; Santa Eulalia is the administrative seat (capital) of the municipality (7.5 km away) the judicial district is Piloña .

Specialties
The regional cuisine in the Parroquia as in the entire community is characterized by hearty stews such as the famous fabada and hearty stews. Rabbit braised in tomatoes and olives is a revelation.
The municipality is famous for rice pudding, which is prepared here in a sweet or savory form. There is even a festival week dedicated to rice pudding (Festival del Arroz con Leche).
