The Comarca Oviedo ( Spanish Comarca de Oviedo , Asturian comarca d'Uviéu ) is one of eight comarcas ( administrative unit ) of the Autonomous Region of Asturias . The administrative seat of the comarca is Oviedo . The following twenty-one Concejos belong to the comarca :
