The Grupo Santana Cazorla SA is a Spanish group of companies, based on Gran Canaria .

history

In the early 1970s, the Hermanos Santana Cazorla company was founded by the brothers Manuel and Santiago Santana Cazorla as a small transport and construction company. The construction industry is still the core business of the group. Santana Cazorla profited from the building boom triggered by the emerging mass tourism in the mid-1970s. Since then, strategic investments have been made in other business areas. The subsidiary Vemotor has been the BMW general agency for the province of Las Palmas since 1996. In 2004 the group bought TUI's 50 percent stake in the Anfi group , a hotel chain that owned half of the Norwegian Lyng group . From 2005 to 2013, Santana Cazorla owned 75.1% shares in the Aldiana chain.

Group structure
