Sara Walzik (born April 18, 1987 in Erlangen ) is a German handball player .

The 1.64 m tall student, playing on the left wing position, was under contract with Bundesliga club 1. FC Nürnberg between 2005 and 2009 . After his bankruptcy, combined with relegation after the 2008/2009 season, she moved to the German record champions Bayer Leverkusen . In 2010 Walzik joined the Thuringian HC . Two weeks after the commitment, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement. Then Walzik joined the newly promoted SG BBM Bietigheim . In the summer of 2011, she moved to the third division club ESV 1927 Regensburg. After the 2014/15 season, she took a break. In February 2016 she made her comeback at ESV 1927 Regensburg. Walzik has been playing for HC Erlangen since summer 2016 .

Sara Walzik played 34 games for the German national team and made her international debut on March 3, 2007 in Riesa against the Netherlands. She canceled her participation in the 2009 women's handball world championship in China due to an injury the day before departure.
