Sarah von Neuburg (born September 25, 1982 in Fulda , Hessen, as Sarah Freiin Thumb von Neuburg ) is a German radio and television presenter .

Career

Radio

Sarah von Neuburg began her radio career in 1997. At the youth radio station Sunshine Live she moderated the personality show Sarah-Live . This was followed by engagements with big FM and planet more music radio , in which she moderated the morning show . Further stations were Hit Radio FFH , radio ffn and RPR1 . Together with Lars-Christian Karde , she left RPR1 in August 2011 and took over with him from August 29, 2011, the MDR Jump -Morning show, which is produced in the central German broadcasting station in Halle (Saale) .

TV moderation

When MDR television of Neuburg counts since 2013 a permanent team of moderators. Her engagements include: The red carpet and the after-show party of the Golden Hen 2013 to 2019 with René Kindermann and Lars-Christian Karde , the ball whisper and the opening of the ball at the Dresden Semper Opera Ball 2014 to 2020, the Saturday evening show from the Lantern Festival in Halle together with Marco Schreyl and Lars-Christian Karde 2014 to 2017, the Kaisermania 2017 to 2019 from Dresden with Roland Kaiser as well as assignments on the red carpet at the Bambi 2013 to 2018 and as a ring reporter at boxing events for "Sport im Osten".

Von Neuburg is also used in many other MDR programs - such as E.g. at the Saturday evening show on the Day of German Unity 2016, the hut fun with Florian Silbereisen or Christmas with us with Kim Fisher . The MDR Easter Fire from Apolda 2018 , moderated by Sarah von Neuburg and Lars-Christian Karde, was a great success with over a million viewers. In 2019 she moderated the MDR Easter fire in Zeulenroda-Triebes . In the summer of 2019, Sarah and Lars hosted the summer opening show Summer with us from Waldheim On the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall in 2019, Sarah and Lars gave a tour of the music show Sound der Wende . In December 2019 Sarah and Lars hosted the first MDR Christmas show in the open air - Christmas with us from the Erfurt Christmas Market. In 2020, the MDR started another event programming - this time for Valentine's Day right in the heart

In August 2015, the first own evening series followed on MDR television: Summer fun with Sarah and Lars . The series was continued annually from 2016 to 2019.

Further moderation activities

Outside of the MDR, Sarah von Neuburg mainly works as an off-air presenter. So she moderated z. B. the New Year's Reception for Jenoptik 2016 - as well as the Porsche Summer Festival 2017 and 2018 in Leipzig. At the Schlagerlovestory 2020 she was the wedding presenter.
