Sarianna Repo (born December 7, 1988 ) is a Finnish biathlete .

Sarianna Repo made her international biathlon debut at the Junior World Championships 2005 in Kontiolahti , where she was 65th in the sprint. Shortly before that, she took part in cross-country skiing at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Monthey and finished 18th in the freestyle sprint. Further missions followed again in the context of the junior competitions of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2007 in Otepää , where she was eleventh in the competitions on roller skis, both in the sprint and in the pursuit. In 2008 she again took part in the Junior World Championships in Ruhpolding . In the individual she was 42nd, 36th in the sprint and 37th in the pursuit. The following year she took part in Canmore again in these three competitions of the Junior World Championships. Repo finished 22nd in the individual, 29th in the sprint and 31st in the pursuit.

Repo made his debut in the women’s performance category at the start of the 2009/10 season in the Biathlon World Cup . In Östersund she was 89th in the sprint and 15th in the relay race. In the further course of the season, the Finn achieved her best World Cup result so far with a 65th place in the Kontiolahti sprint . The first highlight for women was the 2010 European Biathlon Championships in Otepää. Repo was used in all four races. She was 24th in the sprint, 22nd and 42nd in the pursuit individually. With Mari Laukkanen , Laura Toivanen and Maiju Pöysti , an eleventh place in the relay race was added. At the start of the 2010/11 season , Repo achieved her first good results in the IBU Cup with places 18 and 22 in sprint races in Beitostølen . This good performance was decisive that she was allowed to start in the Biathlon World Cup. At the Biathlon World Championships 2011 in Khanty-Mansiysk , she achieved her best result so far with 59th place in the sprint and qualified for the first time for the pursuit race, where she was lapped after the third shooting.
