Sascha Jülichmanns (* 1984 or 1985 ) is a German pool player . He was German champion in the 9-ball discipline in 2014 .

Career

singles

In 2012, the Jülichmanns qualified for the German championship for the first time . In the 14/1 endless competition he reached the final and was defeated by Andreas Roschkowsky with 86: 125. A year later he was knocked out endlessly in the semifinals against Sebastian Staab in 14/1 . In 10-Ball he moved into the final and lost it with 1: 8 against Staab. In the 9-ball competition of the German championship in 2014 , he defeated three-time world champion Oliver Ortmann 9: 3 in the semifinals . He then became German 9-ball champion with a 9: 5 final victory against Sebastian Staab. Despite the championship title, he was not nominated for the 2015 European Championship . At the German championship in 2015 he won the bronze medal in 14/1 endlessly after he was eliminated in the semifinals against the eventual German champion Joshua Filler . At the final tournament of the German Tour 2016 he reached the round of 16, in which he was defeated by the Syrian Mohammad Soufi 3: 7.

Jülichmanns has been playing for the 1st PBC Neuwerk since 2010 . With the Mönchengladbach team , he was promoted to the regional league in 2012 and to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2014 . In the 2014/15 season , the team made it through to the first division in second place . In the 2015/16 season , however, the relegation to the second division followed.
