Sascha Schünemann (born February 20, 1992 in Berlin ) is a German soccer player . He is currently under contract with Hansa Rostock's Reserve.
Athletic career
In his youth Schünemann played for the Berlin clubs Nordberliner SC, Tennis Borussia Berlin and Hertha BSC .
He began his senior career for the reserve team of Hannover 96 . There he played a total of 56 league games until 2013. In the 2012/13 season Schünemann was also a professional in the Bundesliga squad for the first time , but was not used. For the 2013/14 season he received a contract with Hansa Rostock until 2015.
After his contract expired in 2015, it was not renewed. On May 29, 2015, the regional league team BFC Dynamo announced Schünemann's commitment, where he was a regular for the following two years.
For the 2017/18 season , Schünemann moved from BFC Dynamo to league rivals FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin .
During the winter break he left Viktoria and went to Wuppertaler SV in the Regionalliga West.
At the beginning of October 2019 it was announced that Schünemann had joined the second team of FC Hansa Rostock in the NOFV Oberliga Nord.
