The Sateska ( Macedonian Сатеска ; Albanian also Sateskë ) is a small tributary of the Drin in southwest Macedonia . It rises in Ilinska Planina near Belčišta (capital of the Opština Debarca ) and flows into the Drin near Vraništa , north of Struga . A canal also flows into Lake Ohrid east of Struga .
