The Sauermattgraben is a two-kilometer-long left tributary of the Sauer in Alsace ( Grand Est region ).

The Sauermattgraben rises at an altitude of about 210  m in the Northern Vosges in the Renkelmatt field south of Gœrsdorf . It flows in a westerly direction through fields and meadows, then crosses under the D677 and finally joins the Sauer north-east of Wœrth at an altitude of around 170  m from the left .
