Schäferei , also Jänkendorf Schäferei , is a district of Jänkendorf in the district of Görlitz and belongs to the municipality of Waldhufen . In 2011, 29 residents lived in the place. In the eight residential buildings, there were eleven registered households in eleven individual apartments. 25 people lived in families, four people lived alone. The average age of the residents was 36.7 years. The place is not a closed village .
location
Schäferei is located two kilometers south of Niesky at the eastern end of the Quitzdorf dam . Surrounding villages are the city of Niesky in the north, Ödernitz in the east and Jänkendorf in the south.
The state road 122 runs through the town.
