Schützing is a village and a former municipality in the area of the municipality of Marktl and a district in the Upper Bavarian district of Altötting .
The place is located southwest of Marktl on the eastern edge of a nature reserve that is crossed by Schützinger Bach and Alz . It consists of several settlements that are up to two kilometers apart.
history
With the 1818 the political community Schützing was founded. On January 1, 1970, the community was incorporated into Marktl.
