The Scheibenbach is a right tributary to the Schloitzbach in Tharandt , Saxony .

course

The Scheibenbach rises north of the Hart hebel on a meadow between Spechtshausen and Fördergersdorf in the Fördergersdorf district. The stream initially flows to the east, but soon turns northeast. In a tree-lined valley basin, it flows east past Fördergersdorf and there takes on the Fördergersdorfer Bach, which u. a. is fed by the Harthbrunnen on Hartheberg. From then on, the Scheibenbach forms the boundary between Fördergersdorf and Hintergersdorf up to the mouth . Between the club and the Scheibenberg the stream changes its direction to the north. In its lower reaches the brook takes an easterly direction and flows around the Scheibenberg north. After 3.4 km, the Scheibenbach flows south of the Tannenberg at the end of the Hintergersdorfer Schenkweg, as an offshoot of the Erbgerichtsgasse, into the Schloitzbach ; to which the Großopitzbach flows in the immediate vicinity from the left .

The entire valley of the Scheibenbach is not populated. District road 9072 leads from Fördergersdorf downstream through the Scheibenbach valley.
