Schlösschen (Kreuzpullach)
The small castle , also known as the so-called benefit house, in Kreuzpullach , a district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Oberhaching in the district of Munich , was built in 1710/11. The house with the number 5 is a protected monument .
The two-storey baroque saddle roof building with rich plaster structure and rounded corners forms an assembly with the pilgrimage church Heilig Kreuz . The house was probably built by the builder of the church as a small castle for the Munich merchant Joseph Martin Cleer. From 1730 there was an apartment for the beneficiary in addition to the apartment for the Cleer family .
In 1862 the much larger building was partially demolished. In 1916 it was rebuilt. Today the renovated building is used as a private residence.
