The Schlerngraben is an approximately 3.6 km long right tributary of the Haferbach in the Nordhausen district in Thuringia .

The Schlerngraben rises from several sources south of Immenrode , first flows in an eastward direction, then bends in a northerly direction and crosses under a field path that leads from Haferungen to Großwechselungen . To the southeast of Haferungen, the Schlerngraben flows into the Haferbach.
