Geographical location

Schmidtlerschleif is about 4.4 kilometers southwest of Georgenberg in the Zottbachtal , 700 meters south of State Road 2396 . Schmidtlerschleif lies on the east side of the Zottbach between Neuenhammer and Prollermühle.
