Prollermühle is part of the Georgenberg community in the Upper Palatinate district in the Neustadt an der Waldnaab district .

Geographical location

Prollermühle is about five kilometers southwest of Georgenberg in the Zottbachtal , one kilometer south of the state road 2396 . The place is on the east side of the Zottbach.

Since 1821 Prollermühle (also: Prollermühl) was part of the municipality of Dimpfl. The municipality of Dimpfl included Dimpfl itself, Galsterlohe, Hammermühle, Kühtränk, Papiermühle, Prollermühle, Rehberg, Rehlohe and Schmidtlerschleif.

In 1867 Prollermühle had 4 buildings and 6 residents. In Prollermühle there is a bridge over the Zottbach. The Glasschleiferweg runs on the western side of the Zottbach. This hiking trail leads south along the Zottbach via Hagenmühle to Pleystein. In a northerly direction it runs along the Zottbach via Neuenhammer to Georgenberg.
