The Schneiber (also Great Schneiber ) is 2330 m above sea level. NHN high mountain in the Stone Sea in the Berchtesgaden Alps . The border between the communities of Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden and Schönau am Königssee runs over the summit .
The mountain, east of the Großer Hundstod and south of the Watzmann , can be climbed without a path from the Hundstodgatterl or the Trischübelpass .
