Black Ferdl

Schwarz Ferdl (born May 18, 1937 in Münster ; actually: Ferdinand Schwartze ) is a German folk music singer , yodeler, guitarist, lyricist and composer .

Life

Ferdinand Schwartze was evacuated to Neufahrn near Freising as a child in 1945 . At the age of thirteen he acted as a court singer in a school theater. After guitar, accordion and violin lessons, singing school and commercial apprenticeship, he worked full-time as a yodeler and as a folk actor in the Munich Apollo Theater and in the March cellar .

Many solo appearances followed, u. a. at the Mikado Theater in Tokyo . He also made appearances in Holland, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Gala evenings and large events with performers such as Karel Gott , Dunja Rajter , Cindy & Bert and other folk pop artists followed.

So far, Schwarz Ferdl, whose name is based on the well-known Weiß Ferdl , has produced some singles, LPs, MCs and CDs. Almost all of the titles are composed and written by him. As a composer and lyricist, he also wrote for René Carol , the title Wo ist der Weg nach Dvorovi . Ferdl maintains a close relationship with his former adopted home Freising , for which he created the Freising song . Schwarz Ferdl is at the top of the list for downloads of folk pop music from mp3.de.
