Schwarzer Adler is a district in the Langenberg district of the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Velbert .

The district is located east of the Langenberg town center and is located on part of the Hordtberg elevation north of the Deilbachtal . The sparsely populated district is mostly forested. The localities Am Brill , Bertram , Thielen , Übelgönne and Rommel belong to it .

The well-known facilities in the district include the Nizzabad am Deilbach and a radio mast for the Langenberg radio station on the high altitude .
