The Schweichler Berg (also Schweichelner Berg ) is 165  m above sea level. NN the highest mountain in the East Westphalian municipality of Hiddenhausen in the Herford district .

The mountain is named after the Schweicheln-Bermbeck district of Hiddenhausen . It is connected to another secondary peak ( 163  m above sea level ) via a mountain ridge . The mountain, together with the Homberg , which lies to the east, i.e. on the other side of the Werre , forms the most north-westerly protrusion of the Lipper Bergland , which extends far into the Ravensberg hill country. There are demands in the region to run the federal highway 239 through a tunnel under the Schweichler Berg.
