Piggy Wilbur's Great Adventure (Original title: Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure ) is an American cartoon from 2003. It is a direct-to-DVD production and the sequel to the film Zuckermann's Farm - Wilbur in happiness . The characters are based in part on the novel Wilbur and Charlotte by the writer EB White .

The film is a joint production by the Nickelodeon Network , Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures . It was released in the US on March 18, 2003.

The pig Wilbur lives on Homer Zuckermann's farm. One day a homesick lamb joins them. Wilbur befriends the lamb. When Zuckermann sells the lamb, Wilbur tries to bring it back to the farm. The three daughters of his late friend Charlotte the spider and the rat Templeton help him.

reception

TV Guide's Robert Pardi said the sequel doesn't capture the spirit of the original. He also criticized the animation and the plot.
