The Allgäu-Immenstadt section of the German Alpine Club (DAV) e. V. ( DAV Immenstadt for short ) is a section of the German Alpine Club in Immenstadt im Allgäu . After the Munich , Oberland and Allgäu-Kempten sections , it is the fourth largest section in Bavaria . The Immenstadt section, which was founded on May 21, 1874, has 18,462 members and is one of the sports clubs in Germany with the largest number of members and is the ninth largest section of the German Alpine Club .
Events
Associated persons with the section are Ernst Enzensperger . The section led an expedition to the Hindu Kush in 1975, with the Kaufbeuren section , which emerged from the Immenstadt section .
