The Selbachsberg is about 318  m above sea level. NHN high summit in the Nutscheid ridge in the Bergisches Land .

location

The Selbachsberg is remote in the forest area of ​​the Nutscheid near the border between the municipalities of Ruppichteroth , Waldbröl and Windeck . It belongs to the Bergisches Land nature park and the Waldbröl state forest . With a notch height of about five meters compared to the ridge rising north to the main ridge of the Nutscheid, the Selbachsberg is only a slightly pronounced elevation.

Neighboring elevations are the Goldberg and the Hohe Wäldchen in the north-west and north-east, respectively.

Watershed

The Selbachberg divides the Reutersiefen from the Selbachsiefen , both of which flow into the Sieg near Wilberhofen .
