The Quimerch transmitter is a medium-wave transmission system from the French company TDF in the village of Quimerch, which has belonged to the municipality of Pont-de-Buis-lès-Quimerch in Brittany near Brest since 1965 .
Today the transmission system consists only of a 120 meter high guyed steel lattice tower from 1949. Since 2002 the France Info program has been broadcast on the frequency 1404 kHz with an output of 20 kW. Another, also 120-meter-high guyed steel lattice tower, which broadcast the France Inter program on the frequency 1071 kHz until 1997 , was dismantled in 2008.
