Localization of Tyrol in Austria

The transmitter Schlotthof is located in the town of Innsbruck , it is located north of the city , much like the ORF - transmitter Seegrube . The system is mainly used by private broadcasters. It covers the greater Innsbruck area, from Hall in Tirol to Völs / Zirl and from Innsbruck to Schönberg in the Stubai Valley . The internal name of the transmitter is Innsbruck6 .

FM transmitter

The following VHF radio programs are broadcast via the transmitter :

Radio station Transmission power frequency
Radio Maria Austria 0.4 kW 91.10 MHz
Classic radio 0.3 kW 95.50 MHz
Radio U1 Tirol 0.62 kW 97.00 MHz
Energy Innsbruck 0.3 kW 99.90 MHz
Free wheel 0.62 kW 105.90 MHz
LoungeFM 0.4 kW 92.10 MHz

Transmission area

The transmission area stretches from Völs / Zirl to Hall in Tirol , from Innsbruck to Matrei in some cases even with RDS , without interference to Schönberg in the Stubai Valley . The transmission area is completely and exclusively in Austria and there in Tyrol . Since the transmission area also depends on the transmission power, some transmitters transmit better and have the larger transmission area, although the same transmission location is used.
