Sergei Wladimirowitsch Charkow ( Russian Сергей Владимирович Харьков ; born November 17, 1970 in Moscow ) is a former Russian gymnast and three-time Olympic champion .

At the age of 17 he took part in all eight competitions at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul and won gold on the ground and with the Soviet team in all-around. He finished sixth in the horse jump.

At the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta , he took part for Russia and was again Olympic champion in the all-around with the Russian team. He came 8th on the parallel bars.
