Sergio Salvati

Sergio Salvati (born June 16, 1938 in Rome ) is an Italian cameraman .

Life

Salvati began his career as a camera assistant in the 1960s, first with Renzo Merusi's Hell on the Yellow River . His list of works from this period also includes Two Glorious Scoundrels and Medea . Starting with Dolanies Melody - Melody of Death from 1971, he worked as an independent cameraman. In 1975 he began his long-term collaboration with the director Lucio Fulci , for whom he photographed his most important splatter films . From 1986 years Salvati was involved in some films in the United States by Charles Bandwere produced and in some cases also staged. In the 1990s he was involved in the television series Die Kinderklinik . In total, his filmography includes more than 50 productions.
