The Serpan Peak is a small and 1,445 m high mountain peak in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it towers over the Washington Escarpment immediately west of the Rivas Peaks .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1965 after Robert D. Serpan, who from 1963 to 1964 as aerographer of the Survey in the Neptune Range was operating.
