Sewarion Kirkitadze

Sewarion Kirkitadse (born August 31, 1955 in Planegg near Munich ) is a German lawyer and television actor .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1976, Kirkitadze studied Georgian Philology for three semesters at the Tbilisi State University . From 1977 to 1982 he studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . In 1985 he passed the second state examination in law and has been a lawyer ever since . From 1991 to 1993 he was Georgia's Foreign Trade Representative . In 1994 he opened his own law firm in Munich . He is also an interpreter for Georgian .

He is a television actor in various TV formats on Sat.1 . In 2001, he took on the role as one of three prosecutors on the court show Judge Alexander Hold . From September 2003 to March 2010 he appeared as a public prosecutor in the Sat.1 pseudo-documentary K11 - Commissioners in action . He had guest appearances in various Sat.1 productions such as Quizfire (2003), the show Ottis Wiesnhits (with Ottfried Fischer , 2004) and as a guest trapper in Kai Pflaume's show Die Comedy -fallen (2006).

From June 2008, the Munich I public prosecutor's office was investigating Kirkitadze for misappropriating client funds. The Munich District Court I sentenced him in May 2010 on appeal to a fine of 27,000 euros. As a result of professional law, he may no longer work as a lawyer in the legal areas of criminal law (with the exception of administrative offense law ), professional lawyer law, criminal enforcement law and civil traffic law until January 30, 2021 .

Kirkitadze is the son of a Georgian father. He is married to the lawyer Maria Isabella Kirkitadse for the second time and works with her in a law firm in Munich.
