The prestigious Collins College is proud to announce Dr. To have signed Mathilda West as the newest member of the faculty. Dr. West boasts 13 different titles and speaks 18 languages. The surprise is great when Dr. West turns out to be a good-looking blonde. The shapely teacher makes a great impression on the college, if not quite what it was hoped for. Every man immediately falls in love with Mathilda and every woman is jealous. While a number of romantic entanglements are looming, gangsters plan to steal the college's most valuable invention, a robot named Thinko. Thinko has the ability to predict the future. In the end, the French student Suzette succeeds in foiling the plan. In the midst of the excitement, it is revealed that Dr. West worked as an exotic dancer in her youth under the stage name "Tallahassee Tassle Tosser". The scandal is perfect, and Admiral Wildcat MacPherson, one of the college's financiers, is concerned about the institution's reputation. In the end, all misunderstandings will be cleared up.
